Yes, no problem, it's a great way to spend a good time in Paris. Missing wipers on the upper part of the bus.

Text not up to date and little information on monuments
- Optimal, but can do better

Nice tour of the main Christmas sites. However, it sometimes seems that the bus is determined to complete its tour quickly, despite the traffic. Passing in front of certain monuments is therefore rushed, and doesn't let you take more than a blurry, crooked photo as you go. Nice tour of the main Christmas sites. Superb outing Arrive around 5.20pm to queue (5 buses waiting for us so no stress ) We were amazed for 2 hours To do and do again
- beautiful illuminations but bus not adapted
Written by martine DE AGOSTINI, 06-12-2023
- the bus was not open ' roof window and sides making it difficult to take photos - the staff didn't speak French - we stopped at the eiffel tower, stayed on the bus with no comment, and finally understood that we were waiting for it to light up ==> why didn't they tell us? - lack of conviviality, for them we had to do the tour and that was it really disappointed
- A good idea despite the traffic
Written by Marion Collier, 05-12-2023
Very well organized and very nice tour. On the other hand, when it's 0 degrees with 2 small children and very heavy traffic, spending 3 hours in the panoramic bus was a bit complicated... But the kids really enjoyed it and had stars in their eyes.
- Bad headphones

I would have liked to hear your comments
- 1 year ago at the same time in December, we appreciated the availability of a travel blanket. This year: no blanket even though it was very cold on December 10, and we spent a good 10 minutes in front of it.

Hello, Further to your message, we have inquired and indeed this year there are no plaids available. Perhaps for sanitary reasons. So you'll have to cover up ... On the other hand, there's always a free hot drink.
- Disappointed with the service

Disappointed... the circuit was not respected....we passed through streets that were not illuminated....no ascent of the Champs Élysées....no plaid offered as indicated on the site...the organization of the departure needs to be reviewed.

I was expecting a more festive your, especially as I'd seen "gourmandises" when booking. The welcome was friendly but not festive, nor was the atmosphere in the bus. I thought the bus had no roof, but it was closed. We spent 1h30 in traffic jams. After 20 minutes, our son already wanted to go home. In fact, there aren't many points with illuminations compared to the time spent driving. I don't recommend this outing.

The minus : The traffic jams, The plus : the ride up the Champs Elysee, The bus waiting for the Eiffel Tower to sparkle! The comfort of the bus and the polar blanket! I recommend this activity
- Beautiful discovery of the illuminations but incomplete service
Written by Karine, on 23-12-2021
The walk is very good to discover the illuminations of Paris with children. However, I was disappointed not to have the hot drink and the candy, as planned in the description, whereas we were on the spot at the indicated time, that is to say a half hour before the departure of the bus. It's a pity because this is what gave the little touch of Christmas for the children, they were also disappointed.
- A pleasant tour of Paris in comfort

Paris illuminated with the main sites visited. Pleasant atmosphere and very comfortable conditions for this one-and-a-half-hour tour. Friendly, helpful staff.

Nice tour, but too bad too many traffic jams and the bus isn't in the open air. Passage too quick near Galeries Lafayettes...
- Dazzling!

Superb family outing with 2 children. The tour takes in all the great monuments of Paris illuminated. It's wonderful! Very easy to book, lots of dates to choose from. Very friendly driver, free hot chocolate and plaid!
- Rather disappointed
Written by Myriam Vinet, on 15-12-2021
I wouldn't recommend this experience to anyone, - I was placed to fill an empty seat, and therefore separated from my children! - Placed at the front, the rain prevented me from seeing the view ... windscreen wipers would have been welcome! no real illuminations, apart from the Effeil Tower, the Arc de Triomphe and Place Vendôme! To sum up: next time, we'll do it on foot and by bus/metro.

We couldn't open the attachment to our booking confirmation, so we showed up to board the bus without a ticket to scan. Despite this, we were very well received and enjoyed perfect service. When you don't know Paris well (and it's raining), it's very practical, with no long waits at the stops and buses that are easy to spot. The illuminations tour was also very good. We recommend this activity. The staff are very friendly.
