Very good welcome and competent staff. Perfect timing. Very comfortable on board. Very nice tour, you're amazed. Very funny and well-interpreted audio accompaniment. Weakness: sound commentary not consistent with location. Many come back several times. A pity. No difficulty in booking. Yes, I'd recommend it.

I found the trip interesting but too late and too long when there are children. That day it rained and it was cold in the bus, too bad! Otherwise it was fine, it was just the weather that didn't cooperate.

The tour takes in the main monuments of Paris, but starts when it's still light out. What's more, having taken the tour on a rainy day, the bus windows were full of mist and we couldn't see very well. To be avoided on a rainy day, but much better on a sunny one!

We didn't like the comments that didn't coincide with where we were. We would have liked more historical information about the monuments or places we passed The commentator's personal stories were very annoying. So much so that we asked the driver to get off at Opera, which he did. Otherwise we easily found the meeting place and the reservation was very simple.

Comments during the tour are repetitive, inappropriate, basic and poorly acted. The music is repetitive too. We didn't even do the whole tour. Audio guide defective. The only positive point: the view of the Eiffel Tower.

The experience was fun and allowed us to see the monuments of Paris at night in a different way. The explanations given are clear, you just have to be careful not to come across faulty equipment (I only had a working headset, so there was a problem with the base). I was a little disappointed not to have seen the Sacré Coeur up close. Otherwise a very good experience, to be repeated.

The circuit was very good to discover the illuminations of Paris by Night. Because of the works the starting point was modified. The bus did not leave and we looked for it. Where the bus stops at the end was not said.

Very disappointed by this activity. Completely dehumanized, with very "light" audio commentaries, wrapped up in a soundtrack that quickly becomes unpleasant. Some buildings are unidentifiable if you don't already know them (no indication such as right, left, front....). What's more, out of 4 audiophones, 2 weren't working properly....and that's of absolutely no interest to the only human being on board!

TootBus /Paris by night tour/ The tour was fine, except for a short detour to get a better view of the Invalides. The sound system: not so good! The sound quality was really mediocre, and the individual settings unlikely, certainly due to the accessibility of the small console in the near-darkness.

A fun way to see Paris from a different angle, without getting tired and with children. It's a pity that the tour starts at 9pm in summer, because we pass by the Champs Elysées and the Eiffel Tower (among others) before it gets dark, so before they are illuminated...

If using the website is not a problem, the absence of a human welcome, the obligation to beg for an earpiece that doesn't work, make it an automatic service, dehumanized and without warmth. So people rush to be the first to enter the bus, hearing the text very poorly and leaving with the impression that it's not up to the quality of the place.

Already the title doesn't correspond to reality: "Paris by night", we leave at 9pm and it gets dark at 10.15pm (only 3/4 hours to go!). What's more, we pass interesting buildings during the day and unimportant streets at night! Find the error! Very disappointed to have practically paid 30 € /person for this bad experience.

Arriving a little early, we were lucky enough to be right at the top of the bus, with the large windscreen providing an unobstructed view! The tour starts in daylight, which is a shame (6pm at the end of February, it's still light out). But night soon took its place and Paris sparkled ???? But unfortunately, a few raindrops cloud the large windscreen, and there's nothing we can do about it: no windscreen wipers all the way up ???? Visibility was reduced and photos impossible. Despite this minor setback, it was a pleasure to discover Paris by night, and the audio guide was very nice. The little tour of Pigalle was unexpected and really nice too. This 2-hour tour with children is top-notch!

Great experience to visit Paris at night, it's magnificent, especially outside the bus (despite the cold - why not some blankets in winter). I regret the quality of the audio commentary, so much more to say, and a few omissions (Assemblée Nationale, Invalides).

On the plus side: a different way to visit Paris and admire the City of Light. Commentary for children quite good. Disappointing: - windy and cold from start to finish: a good part of the journey upstairs in the bus to get a decent view. Then forced (by the cold) to go back down and only finding separate seats for my 11-year-old and me, all at the back and with our backs to the journey. In other words, we didn't get much out of the second part of the trip, to the point where the child fell asleep. - the traffic noise made it impossible to listen properly through headphones, and some tracks were completely out of order - very impersonal and unfriendly atmosphere at the bus entrance and during the journey - as a result, the quality/price ratio was well below the acceptable average. To be recommended only in more favorable seasons, or with buses completely closed on the floor (I observed that such a bus followed us, why didn't you offer us to occupy that one preferentially?). Journey too long and lacking in interest for children.

The +: visit the most beautiful monuments in Paris, a must if you want a comprehensive tour of the capital. very popular at night - enhances the beauty of Paris with its lights The -: no "instructions" for the narration, so at first we "missed" the visuals of different places because they were poorly synchronized. a little expensive, but the length of the visit (almost 2 hours) may explain the cost. It's a pity there aren't any children's prices, as they're not always suitable: my child fell asleep!

A beautiful stroll through the streets of Paris! We've often walked a lot to visit Paris, and the Opentour Bus tour lets us see a whole host of monuments without getting tired, which is really appreciated. The gentle pace of the bus is soothing, and we'd like it to last all night, even though the tour is already quite long (between 1h30 and 2h depending on traffic). The commentaries are quite interesting, though sometimes a little off the mark (the building is sometimes already behind you when the commentary arrives). Internet reservations are easy to make, and the meeting point not far from the Opera is easy to find. It's worth noting that in summer, the 7:30 p.m. tour isn't done at night, since it's still daylight, but at least you can see everything very well. The only downside for me is the price: for 2 adults, 1 teenager and 1 child, we paid 98€, which immediately puts a strain on our budget. But it's still a great thing to do, and for me it remains one of the highlights of our stay.

The welcome was long and perilous (lots of people at the same time, flash code readers that didn't work, connection problems, a certain amount of tension...): no precise indication of which bus to take... Hot drink and blanket appreciated. The time is probably not ideal: lots of traffic. The audioguide's commentary during the tour was disappointing: not much, out of sync with the monuments and not up to date (almost a year after the Notre Dame fire, it's still 2018!). What a shame!

what I didn't like was waiting in the rain while the driver was on the bus. No information to say that you had to go to the agency to have your ticket validated - you find out when you get on the bus. the children's commentary didn't work, which was a real shame Otherwise, the tour was very good, as were the commentaries. We'll have to update the commentary for Notre Dame. shame not to go to Montmartre, especially in the evening tour to be recommended

The tour lasts 1.5 hours and includes views and information on all the major Parisian monuments. At night, the illuminations are very pretty. The only downside is that Opentour has several different buses, some with glass roofs. At 9:30 p.m. in late October, it would have been nice to have one of these buses to keep out the cold.

We were able to show our grandchildren the most beautiful city in the world, with all its historic monuments.this tour is very complete, with explanations using earphones.our grandchildren were delighted. The only drawback was that the Arc de Triomphe and the Obélisque de la Concorde were not illuminated. The Eiffel Tower, magnificent with its blaze. Highly recommended.

it was our 1st visit to Paris, and this nocturnal tour seemed essential. we chose the bus with its glass roof (because of a few raindrops), which protected us from the drops and the cold. the tour was great, with anecdotal explanations (headphones) on the monuments; and we waited at the trocadero opposite the eiffel tower to discover, oh surprise, the sparkling illumination of the eiffel tower at 11pm. it's a magical surprise moment, a real eye-opener for tourists like us for whom it was the 1st time.

It's a wonderful experience to discover Paris from yet another angle, immersed in the traffic, in the heart of the city, as night falls and our journey progresses. The monuments present themselves to us in their light. Commentary and music in different languages accompany the journey, revealing stories and anecdotes. Bonus to our super driver, who ensured we had the best vantage points and perfect timing to arrive at the Eiffel Tower just as it sparkled. Just don't forget to bundle up, because even on sunny days, the "outdoor" visit is draughty, and if it's been a busy day, it might be a bit late for children, who might not get the full benefit.
