Guided Hoverboard ride

Rates for guided Hoverboard ride
When booking, you pay a deposit of 20% online. The balance will be paid directly in the store, on the day of your tour.
- Rate 42€ instead of 45€ per person (adult or young person)
- Reduced rate from 2 bought tickets

- The balance of the payment is made by credit card, cash and, for town halls, by administrative vouchers.

- Materials provided Hoverboard + helmet + cap + protections (handles, elbow pads, knee pads)
- Age for all audiences From the age of 8 (adults and children aged 8 and over, with a minimum weight of 25kg)
- The ride is guaranteed if at least 2 people are registered. The event may be cancelled if too few people register. In this case, your purchase will be refunded.
- In case of bad weather if the tour is cancelled, a new date will be proposed
- Not recommended for pregnant women
- Wearing comfortable clothing and shoes is strongly recommended
- You pay a deposit online.
- The balance must be paid directly to the organizer, the day of your ride. The payment can be made by credit card or cash
- Tickets are non-cancellable and non-refundable, except where weather conditions prevent the tour from taking place (tickets may be modified in consultation with our service provider).

We'll be glad to come back and try our hand at hoverboarding after this top-notch introductory session. We had a very kind and patient host who showed us the basics and followed us as we strolled along the banks of the Seine. It was very quick and easy to get the hang of, even for people who don't know how to ride or use similar types of machine. Don't hesitate and go for it, young and old alike will love it. Our 12 and 14 year olds had a great time, and we can't wait to try it again.

It was great! We can't recommend this outing enough. The boys loved it (11 and 13) and so did I, and so did their grandfather (72 and very sporty, fortunately!!!!). The instructor was very, very nice, bravo to him, and the walk from the Hôtel de Ville to the Concorde, very beautiful, for me the most beautiful to do in Paris. In short, we'll do it again.

We tested the hoverboard with our grandchildren, aged 9 and 12. After the fun-filled learning session, we preferred to go for a ride on our electric scooters. But we'll be back for the hoverboard.

The only inconvenience is getting to the quays: the passage via bd Sébastopol and rue de Rivoli is not very comfortable! Otherwise, the walk along the quays is very pleasant.

First time for my partner, my 10 year old son and myself on hoverboards. The instructor took the time to brief us well (especially me, who wasn't at all in my comfort zone ^^) and we set off for a little ride, well equipped. The hoverboard itself is a lot of fun, but it's not without its risks - falls can happen. To get to the banks of the Seine we had to use cycle lanes and sidewalks, which was a bit stressful for me as a beginner. I recommend this activity for children who follow the instructions well.

Wonderful discovery! It was a surprise outing for my 17 year old daughter... I thought I was going to watch it but in fact after a little training for the team... here we go! My 12-year-old daughter and I had a great time on our Hoverboard ride in December. It was my first time at 50, so I was a bit nervous, but after 10 minutes it was crazy fun. The sensation of gliding was incredible and we were able to move around easily and safely thanks to our guide. My daughter was delighted to be able to share this moment with me and it strengthened our bond. We highly recommend this experience to anyone who loves thrills and new technologies.

We really liked the concept, to do something active, a little challenge of balance and driving while discovering the banks of the Seine with a view on the island of the city. Great discovery of the bike-pedestrian tunnel with artworks on the wall! Be careful, at high speed you might lose control of the bike. The guide was very nice and funny. He could have told more about the environment and described what we see. He was also very flexible to push back the schedule because of our delay. Definitely add a direct contact number, as the familin-paris manager was difficult to reach. We recommend without hesitation!

I have a big doubt about the "very easy and fun". Two falls from the same level backwards on my back in the first minutes... one week before a hiking vacation (just to say that I'm rather sporty): I hesitate to persevere: I'll surely succeed but at what? To break something besides doing the animation on the sidewalk in front of the store... Maybe some prerequisites that should have been pointed out? I am very tall, not easy to parry for the instructor who did not hold me in my falls? For the rest, big disappointment in terms of customer relations: we were offered electric scooters: ok that's fine. But there is no more available! We are offered another thing sitting on the ground on the hoverboard. Frankly we feel it not too much. We ask if we can have a discount or postpone a session of scooter: at the reception we can do nothing, we have to see with the boss who is not there. They suggest us to write him an e-mail: promised he is going to answer. Written mail, reminder. No answer...

Great welcome, very friendly supervisor who takes the time to familiarize you with this unstable machine. After a little acclimatization to the object, the ride begins, at first a little "sporty" in the sense that you have to share the track with cyclists, pedestrians...then more relaxed on the quays of the Seine. Although expensive for a family of 4, it could have been fun, but .... my husband fell and sprained his ankle badly. Inevitably, the memory is not so good. In the emergency room, we were told that the Hoverboard for the not-so-young (we're 40) was the equivalent of the trampoline for children, the most accident-prone gadget! Although very kind, our supervisor wasn't really able to help us: we had to take the machines back to the store before we could help the victim, like simply finding a cold pack first and then icing it right away, although that would have been useful. When you find yourself on the banks of the Seine with a sprained ankle and a broken footbone...all hell breaks loose. So I'd recommend a scooter or a wheeled machine with handlebars, which seem more stable, unless you're not afraid of ending up in a cast with crutches for several weeks. Finally, perhaps for the price, a quick presentation of some of the buildings seen along the Seine to turn this simply "fun" stroll into a playful cultural visit might be appreciated. To finish on a positive note, I'll say it again: the welcome and the supervisor were really friendly.

We did an initiation with my boys and their 8 and 10 year old cousin. They were delighted! The instructors are very nice and educational, they make you feel confident. Bravo, I recommend it.

A young and dynamic team My 14 year old son was supposed to participate with a group of nine people he didn't know, but they had to cancel at the last minute. Normally they have to cancel and well, they still maintained the tour since we had waited for their arrival so he did a tour with an instructor in training and another animator Pretty cool, huh? He loved it, he wants to go back as soon as possible Go ahead, you won't regret it!

The kids loved it, that's the main thing. I think it's easier for them to get to grips with the Hoverboard than for us (the over-45s). We were unlucky in that we were mixed up with a group from the city of Paris, and there were lots and lots of them! As a result, our leaders were entirely dedicated to managing the herd (and they had to be, for obvious safety reasons) and we perhaps didn't get all the help or advice we could. They were very kind, however, and offered to try again on another day, outside the school vacation period. A great team, very attentive, even when they're busy. And a REAL adventure, a must-try. Not as easy as it sounds, but a lot of fun.

Great experience for the kids and I on a beautiful sunny day on the quays of the Seine with a patient and friendly guide and we were only 3! I had no confirmation email from famillinparis and I didn't even know if my reservation had been taken into account and it was "Insolites collection" that informed me. I would book directly with them if I had to repeat the experience.

My 2 grandsons really enjoyed this unusual ride, and their guide Steeve is extremely friendly. Safety was paramount, with protective gear and yellow vests. They were only 3 children who already knew how to ride a hoverboard, so they had a longer ride because they didn't need an introduction. It was a good time for them, and I left them in complete confidence. I recommend this activity and will look into the other proposals for another time. Many thanks to the team

We had the luxury of being very few in number, the guide took the time to explain to us how the hoverboard worked, and he was attentive during the ride, especially to our safety. Very nice! I was a little disappointed that the guide knew absolutely nothing about Paris, and couldn't tell us anything about the names of the buildings or bridges. I would have expected a tour coupled with tourist information.

The weather was gray and it was August, so we were obviously entitled to a privileged walk, since there were only two of us! We really enjoyed it, and the kindness of our guide... Not at ease on an overboard, I was able to do the ride on an electric scooter, and this flexibility is a plus. I recommend it for young and old alike.

Great welcome from the service provider. Especially as it was just me and my son. I was afraid of a cancellation, but they took good care of us. A little apprehensive at the start, but I got the hang of it easily. Great fun... but my legs were a mess after an hour. Nice ride on the edge of the stage (Paris plage area) with a passage in a totally deserted area to have fun picking up speed. A really good experience that I don't regret...

A first experience in overboard. Appointment in front of the shop that does not pay mine (but moving). Our hostess a little on the reserve at the beginning who explains the machine and protections. Small group of about ten people. A 1 minute walk from a place sheltered from cars: ignition, boarding and ... forward. Our hostess relaxes and will be of boundless sympathy throughout the walk. A nice walk along the Seine, neither too long nor too short. We expect latecomers less comfortable, we find ourselves at specific points ... An excellent first experience, certainly to recommend ...

Very good coaching because I had never done. After some learning exercises in a secure place we went to the edge of the docks. A great family trip with great memories. Always too short so. I really recommend this original activity and offers another way to approach the banks of the Seine.

The course for getting started with the hoverboard is effective, the tips are good to quickly get by with the hoverboard. What displeased me is that one of our hoverboards was out of battery from the beginning of the ballad, that we waited long enough for it to be replaced, the ballad was not extended for as much to compensate for the waiting time nor any commercial gesture has been proposed. Part of the ballad is pretty on the Seine, the other part in a tunnel. Despite these disappointments, it's a beautiful discovery. However, given the price of the service, we can expect a better quality of service.

My son invited a group of friends for a stroll along the banks of the Seine. First of all, we enjoyed an excellent welcome, both behind the counter and during the preparation. The tour went very well, and I wouldn't hesitate to leave my children in such good hands again.

I've already recommended this activity because it's really fun... as the hoverboard is heavy, you have to remember that not everyone can carry it ... the instructor carried mine, my son's was carried by my husband... who also carried his ... it's a good thing he's strong!

Friendly team, good welcome... My 16-year-old son and his 11-year-old younger brother took part in the ride, which they enjoyed. My youngest keeps asking me to go back... We definitely will. It was a very pleasant little outing with family and friends, and I'd recommend it to you. It's a great activity to do.
