The tour was fun, but it's a pity the timetable didn't correspond to our booking. We left 20 minutes early, and the boat was already almost full, even though we'd booked it. The commentaries and anecdotes were great, but the incivility of the people on board made it hard for us to follow: people shouting on the loudspeaker phone throughout the trip in the closed area, children standing unsupervised in the bow touching everything, etc. Come more than 30 minutes early if you want to be sure you'll enjoy the high platform more than we did!

We had chosen this tour for our children's entertainment (and paid a substantial premium over other offers). The French-English translation made the explanations inaccessible to small children. The guide didn't take any of the children on board. The guide simply recited her lesson. No dynamic animation. As for the other aspects (itinerary, timetable), everything was well organized.

Sorry but there are only 2 departures for the kids tour per day during holidays. And the boat can't wait for latecomers as the trafic on the Seine is heavily regulated.

Although the description said between 25 and 50 people, there were many more and I had taken 6 snacks with pancakes and we wasted more than 30 minutes to get only 4. Boarding instructions were poor. And the boarding process was bizarre (some people went in front, then others). The rest of the cruise went very well, and the staff on board were very friendly. But a lot of the explanations were in English, and not everything was translated into French (a bit difficult for children).

I also hated going to the other so-called place and being told it wasn't there either (after all, we were in the right place in the first place?!). We arrived a little early for the cruise, I made it clear that our time was 15:30, we were told no worries, our tickets were checked twice and then we boarded. Except that it wasn't for the special children's cruise, but the one before! Unacceptable that no one warned us.

The booking was done in 2 steps, first on the net and then accompanied by Agnès. Everything went smoothly, and the cruise lived up to its promise. Yes, I'd recommend it, but although the host was very jovial and charming, and the information was adapted to my little girl (8 years old), I didn't find the format of the description very original or captivating for her. I was expecting something more playful. What's more, there was no longer a captain's diploma, even though the guide had promised one. A bit disappointing! All in all, it was a very pleasant experience, and I was delighted and learned a lot.

The commentaries were nice, but we were asked to answer questions out loud without knowing where the commentator was. A very nice cruise, helped by sunny, clement weather. Well-oiled organization, arriving as advised 20 minutes beforehand (which is better), we had no problem finding room upstairs, with a bafle not far away, allowing us to take full advantage of the explanations and anecdotes given during the cruise. A 1-hour cruise with the kids (aged 6 and 8) was perfect, with something for everyone. We highly recommend it!

We took our granddaughter (aged 9) along, thinking that the animation would be fun and interactive (as advertised on your site). Instead, we were treated to a masterly presentation that could only be of interest to adults. What about the famous "captain's diploma"? As for becoming "experts in the history of the capital", apart from the boat trip, the children are quickly bored. We consider the content to be misleading. As for recommending this activity? Not as presented, but with the caveat that there are no special activities. Too bad

Hello, We arrived with my 8 year old grandson on the quays, and found that last Friday's flooding prevented the launch from leaving. We got a ticket exchange for the Paris boats, but as we queued up we also learned that the cruise would not be going to the center of Paris. So we left, a little disgusted, as we'd come from Creil station on purpose. What interested me was that it was designed for children... Hello, Very disappointed. I booked my tickets 2-3 days in advance and chose to take my children on an outing to discover beautiful things. Result: at the moment of boarding, we were told that the tour had been changed and that 3/4 of the monuments announced would not be visible because of the Seine... We were all disappointed. I would have liked to have been warned, and I would have preferred to have been offered a refund or a postponement to do the tour later... Not cool.

The tour was entitled "Family Cruise", but the guide didn't speak clearly to the children. He spoke quickly in French and then in English, which made it difficult for our children to follow.

We were delighted with the trip! The guide was great, full of anecdotes and stories, especially about the crocodile! The little gourmet break was very good, it was tasty and there was no waiting. The blanket was a real plus :) The boat is covered, so even in rainy weather it's a perfect fit.

Easy online booking. Good deal on fares (reduced fares for 2 tickets purchased). And a pleasant surprise: the boat is electric, so it's very quiet! Thanks to its configuration, we could see very well from inside, while staying warm. The only downside: the activities, which are intended for the whole family, didn't seem so accessible to the younger ones, who quickly lost interest ... but very instructive for the older ones! We forgot to claim our captain's diploma :-(

The person in charge of the Paris speedboat was very unpleasant with us, even though it was their boat that left early. My children were extremely disappointed not to be able to take part in the activity. We sent an e-mail to ask for a refund for the activity we had paid for and not been able to do.

We arrived in front of the boat harbor at the appointed time, but the boat had already left. The man at reception, with no apologies, suggested that our only solution was to wait in the rain for 1 hour for the next departure. The activity itself might have been better if the guide had been a little more audible, but with all the hubbub and the low-intensity microphone, the children quickly lost interest... it's a shame!

I took this cruise as a family, a first for us. I was surprised by the number of adults without children, when I thought I'd booked a cruise with commentary for children. But in fact, even though it's sold that way, it's not really the case. The cruise is commented, of course. But the size of the boat means that the guide, though very interesting, is not necessarily audible all the time by the whole boat. And his comments are not aimed at children. He talks fast, and gives a lot of information. I enjoyed the cruise, but it's by no means aimed at young people, despite what's noted in the description of the service.

What I didn't like, and what my 9-year-old grandson didn't like, was that the animation was barely audible in the covered part of the boat...it was only audible at the front of the boat. No difficulty for the reservation and during the activity; however, it is essential that the animator be heard throughout the boat. I would recommend this activity to anyone accompanying children up to the age of 12.

The tour leader (Manon) is friendly, pleasant and cheerful. She speaks to children and adults alike, and the presentation is interactive. We learned a few anecdotes, and that's always enriching. Seating for all. Good advice to come 30 minutes early. One small downside for the "gourmet break": the packaged cookies on offer looked "old", and crumbled as soon as the bag was opened, which meant that most of my children didn't eat them (I should have taken crêpes). Too bad.

The boat left full of tourists who hadn't booked the special children's cruise 15 minutes ahead of schedule ... we were in the queue and no one warned us ... we were able to get on the next boat but it wasn't what we'd booked, so we were very, very disappointed ... what's the point of booking a schedule if the boat doesn't take it into account? Very clear lack of organization on the part of the boat and its employees.

The guide explained things well. The sound was clear wherever you were in the boat. A quiet, pleasant visit. The only downside was that the boat left earlier than the time shown on the ticket. Bad sound, not easy for children to understand or hear It would have been nicer to get all the children together, so they could pay more attention and concentrate more on themselves! During the cruise, children were running, singing, moving. I totally understand that it wasn't a day-care center, but the little ones need more attention. Having had to cancel our February cruise for health reasons, the people we spoke to at the Paris motorboats were very understanding and accommodating, and had no problem postponing our cruise on the Seine. The cruise therefore took place on July 19, hosted by a very friendly and competent speaker who seems to love his job. Special mention to the young girls scanning the tickets, who were very smiling and pleasant. All in all, a great family time. Many thanks to you all!

I was a little disappointed, having chosen this cruise with my 6-year-old grandson, which was supposedly designed for children, but there was nothing specific for them. The guide said at the end that each child deserves a captain's diploma, but we didn't see anything. I could have chosen a less expensive classic cruise. What's more, there was no way to find the departure point at the foot of the Eiffel Tower.
