Paris has nearly 500 parks, gardens and neighbourhood squares. Almost all parks and gardens are free in Paris. There are some exceptions of parks or gardens where the entrance is paying (a few euros) like the Jardin d'Acclimatation, the Albert Khan garden or the Parc Floral in spring and summer.
With the first rays of sunshine, you want to put your nose outside and go green. In summer, we prepare our picnic basket and enjoy the large lawns or the shade of the trees. The days of heat wavebathing suits and water jets for children (at the Jardin d'Acclimatation or the Parc André Citroen). And to have fun, we take them to the gardens with playgrounds, pony ridemini-golf, merry-go-round or spider web? something to keep your children busy and entertained for a good part of the day.
