Everything is open on Ascension Day: cruises on the Seine, tours of Paris by tourist bus, must-see monuments such as the Eiffel Tower (be careful, quickly sold out) or the view from the Arc de Triomphe or the view of Paris from the Montparnasse Tower. Parisian museums are open, including for their temporary exhibitions.
