When science is available to children! The Cité des Sciences et de l'Industrie is a very large museum dedicated to the understanding of science. The principle of the Cité des Sciences is to combine pedagogy, games and experimentation. It is always very successful! Victim of its success, it is imperative to book if you come on a weekend or during the school holidays. The City of Sciences includes 4 large spaces :

The ticket includes:

  • access to the Cité des sciences et de l'industrie (permanent exhibitions)
  • temporary exhibitions (see current exhibitions - "Sciences" tab)
  • access to Cinéma Louis-Lumière and Argonaute (subject to availability)
  • access to the Planetarium (prior reservation required)

The planetarium:

  • Stunning images, projected in 3D in a vast hemispheric room.
  • To pursue the dream, focus on aeronautics and space clusters


  • For lovers of submarines visit of theArgonaut (in the park)
  • We discover the aft station with the engine, the central station, the officers' lounge, the crew's bunks and the tubes containing torpedoes
  • You can also listen, thanks to a touch screen, to the sounds of the deep sea, and learn to pilot a submarine on a computer

❤️ Children's city

  • The Cité des Enfants is located in the Cité des Sciences.
  • Two areas dedicated to science, where children can manipulate, experiment, discover and play...
  • There is a course for 5/7 year-olds and one for 5/12 year-olds.
