The Latin Quarter is a district located on the left bank of Paris. It stretches along the Seine between the 6th arrondissement (Saint-Germain des prés, Luxembourg garden) and the 13th arrondissement (Butte-aux-Cailles, François Mitterand library, Place d'Italie). The Latin Quarter is located at the site of the Gallo-Roman city of Lutetia. It is especially a university district with, among others, the Sorbonne, the Pantheon and Assas university centers. As well as prestigious high schools such as Louis Le Grand, Fénelon, Stanislas or Saint-Louis. The main monument to visit in the 5th district is the pantheon. With the family, we will take the children to the Jardin des Plantes (the Great Gallery of Evolution, the Menagerie, the Gallery of Paleontology).
