I couldn't take the tour I'd signed us up for because my children were too big. Our guide and I asked the organizers for a refund. They refused. They offered me a credit note instead, which I never received. They don't answer e-mails.

Great visit to the Pantheon with Cyril who was brilliant. Very interesting for adults and children alike. A big thank you to him, who went way beyond the visit time to give us a top-quality tour that was complete, fun for the kids, full of fascinating historical information and anecdotes. A really great time for our 9-year-old daughter and for us, her parents. We'll definitely be visiting again with Ludo and Sophie.
