An exceptional event, dedicated to felines and more particularly the Lynx. During 2 days, animations, concerts or meetings will be proposed to families at the Jardin des Plantes. A fun and educational program and free for all. The sites that are usually subject to a fee will also be open on June 10 and 11.

On the occasion of the International Lynx Day, the Museum is pleased to unveil its ephemeral work "Lynx Steps" from street artist Nexer. Come and see the artist's last bomb blows and discover an exceptional anamorphosis.

MEETING - LISTENING TO THE FELINES

Come and discuss "felines" with the podcast team Bugsco-produced by the Museum and France Inter. An opportunity to discover the backstage of the creation of this program: from writing to broadcasting. What characteristics of their anatomy were used to build the scenarios? How are their personalities invented? How do their adventures take shape in sound? Lynx, saber-toothed tiger or cheetah, these creatures are not told at random!

LOTO GAME

Take part in a family game of lotto inspired by Buffon: illustrated lotto game, decorated with all species. This game printed in the XIV^e It is now kept at the Central Library of the Museum. It is named after Georges-Louis Leclerc comte de Buffon (1707-1788), a famous naturalist who directed the Royal Botanical Garden for nearly 50 years. Discover this revisited version; souvenirs are to be won!

THE SCULPTED BESTIARY OF THE JARDIN DES PLANTES

This walk invites you to discover the restored bestiary in bronze and stone that adorns the paths of the Jardin des Plantes and the Menagerie. In this veritable open-air museum, the felines are among the witnesses of a century and a half of animal sculpture.
