Star Star Star Star Star - Disappointing program
Written by Caroline Huppert, 29-09-2023

The idea of giving families a tour of the opera was a good one. So we took our 3 grandchildren, aged 7 to 10. But the crowds were enormous and we couldn't see everything. The magnificent foyer was privatized. You can't visit the rehearsal studios, the stage or the underground lake. It's not explained clearly enough when you buy the rather expensive tickets. The tour guide was competent, but her comments were sometimes too complex for children.

I thought the price was a bit high but it was a great experience, Natalina held my 6 and 8 year old daughters' attention for 2 hours. Great anecdotes, photos, interaction... I really enjoyed it too. Thanks for a great time

Great visit, charming and dynamic tour guide who knew how to get on board and meet the expectations of adults and children, who loved it! We'd definitely recommend and plan another visit. Thank you Marie!

Star Star Star Star Star - Interesting but not complete enough
Written by Anonyme 78, on 15-08-2023

Fun and interesting tour. The guide took great care of the children. However, this guided tour lacked detail, and a device to hear the guide better would have been appreciated. On another visit to the Louvre by the Ludo et Sophie website, the guide provided more child-friendly information, and we had a radio system with headphones to hear him better.

many thanks to the speaker who was kind enough to wait for us (incidents on the suburban rail network). very fascinating visit to the opera. My grandson has dazzling memories of this visit. Thanks again to the whole team for making it possible for us to have such a great time.

Very interesting visit from every point of view. Our guide was very attentive to the needs of young and old alike. Everyone was captivated right to the end. I highly recommend Ludo and Sophie. The whole family always learns a lot.

Star Star Star Star Star - Not super fun
Written by Sara Marty, 05-08-2023

My 6-year-old daughter wasn't very receptive. A bit complicated to understand, a lot of information, explanations a bit too quick. Difficult to find the person at the reception point, she wasn't wearing the orange tot bag or the sign.

Hello, We're sorry to hear that you had trouble finding the group. Indeed, on that day, there were several people with orange bags (!). Fortunately, thanks to the telephone numbers we exchanged when booking, the guide was able to find you.

Excellent guide, perfectly suited to children of all ages... good knowledge of the history of the opera and anecdotes to boot. Ludo et Sophie: a great way to introduce children to the capital.

We were delighted with the visit (the only downside, independent of the organizer, was that we didn't get to see the auditorium, but the organizer tried to make up for this inconvenience). The tour guide was very well suited to children/young teenagers. Very interesting and fun tour. Highly recommended!

Good afternoon, Madam, It's true that the façade of the Opera House is currently being renovated. Nevertheless, the Ludique tour of the Opera is a visit that takes place inside the building, and the work does not change the relevance of the visit. Exceptionally, the main auditorium is closed to the public during rehearsals. It's true that this is a bit disappointing, but the main part of the visit is still just as interesting for children. Kind regards

Visit made with our children aged 6 and 9. We all loved it. It was very interesting, fun and informative. The guide was great. We'll be doing it again in another location the next time we're in Paris, for sure! I highly recommend it! Thanks for a great time!

Star Star Star Star Star - Too bad
Written by Fanny Coral, 19-06-2023

We found that the activities organized by other providers were more fun and had better quality materials (booklet, etc). Our guide was good. Too many people and you should have warned that the room was closed or organized an activity to replace this huge lack. For the price, we expected better, as mentioned above, the other tours cost the same and were more interesting.

Star Star Star Star Star - Cancels at the last minute
Written by Gvd , on 10-05-2023

We had a hard time buying the tickets that the children had been hoping for so long! Once we succeeded, we booked the accommodation in Paris and came to spend two days to finally receive a text message on the morning of the visit informing us that the visit had been cancelled due to a loss of voice... what a pity that there could not be a replacement at short notice because the disappointment was immense!
