I bought a ticket for myself and my 6-year-old niece, thinking it would be fun for the kids, as advertised on the site. This is absolutely not the case. It's more of an explanatory stroll for adults, and the children don't discover much and don't have any fun.

Hello, We arrived with my 8 year old grandson on the quays, and found that last Friday's flooding prevented the launch from leaving. We got a ticket exchange for the Paris boats, but as we queued up we also learned that the cruise would not be going to the center of Paris. So we left, a little disgusted, as we'd come from Creil station on purpose. What interested me was that it was designed for children... Hello, Very disappointed. I booked my tickets 2-3 days in advance and chose to take my children on an outing to discover beautiful things. Result: at the moment of boarding, we were told that the tour had been changed and that 3/4 of the monuments announced would not be visible because of the Seine... We were all disappointed. I would have liked to have been warned, and I would have preferred to have been offered a refund or a postponement to do the tour later... Not cool.

The tour was entitled "Family Cruise", but the guide didn't speak clearly to the children. He spoke quickly in French and then in English, which made it difficult for our children to follow.

We were delighted with the trip! The guide was great, full of anecdotes and stories, especially about the crocodile! The little gourmet break was very good, it was tasty and there was no waiting. The blanket was a real plus :) The boat is covered, so even in rainy weather it's a perfect fit.

Easy online booking. Good deal on fares (reduced fares for 2 tickets purchased). And a pleasant surprise: the boat is electric, so it's very quiet! Thanks to its configuration, we could see very well from inside, while staying warm. The only downside: the activities, which are intended for the whole family, didn't seem so accessible to the younger ones, who quickly lost interest ... but very instructive for the older ones! We forgot to claim our captain's diploma :-(

We arrived in front of the boat harbor at the appointed time, but the boat had already left. The man at reception, with no apologies, suggested that our only solution was to wait in the rain for 1 hour for the next departure. The activity itself might have been better if the guide had been a little more audible, but with all the hubbub and the low-intensity microphone, the children quickly lost interest... it's a shame!

I took this cruise as a family, a first for us. I was surprised by the number of adults without children, when I thought I'd booked a cruise with commentary for children. But in fact, even though it's sold that way, it's not really the case. The cruise is commented, of course. But the size of the boat means that the guide, though very interesting, is not necessarily audible all the time by the whole boat. And his comments are not aimed at children. He talks fast, and gives a lot of information. I enjoyed the cruise, but it's by no means aimed at young people, despite what's noted in the description of the service.

What I didn't like, and what my 9-year-old grandson didn't like, was that the animation was barely audible in the covered part of the boat...it was only audible at the front of the boat. No difficulty for the reservation and during the activity; however, it is essential that the animator be heard throughout the boat. I would recommend this activity to anyone accompanying children up to the age of 12.

The tour leader (Manon) is friendly, pleasant and cheerful. She speaks to children and adults alike, and the presentation is interactive. We learned a few anecdotes, and that's always enriching. Seating for all. Good advice to come 30 minutes early. One small downside for the "gourmet break": the packaged cookies on offer looked "old", and crumbled as soon as the bag was opened, which meant that most of my children didn't eat them (I should have taken crêpes). Too bad.

The boat left full of tourists who hadn't booked the special children's cruise 15 minutes ahead of schedule ... we were in the queue and no one warned us ... we were able to get on the next boat but it wasn't what we'd booked, so we were very, very disappointed ... what's the point of booking a schedule if the boat doesn't take it into account? Very clear lack of organization on the part of the boat and its employees.

I highly recommend the cruise for children. Manon, the guide, is great and the kids learn while having fun and admiring the monuments. With the little captain's diploma at the end, it's a great souvenir for the kids!

We did not find the boat easily, the companies did not recognize our tickets.

The guide explained things well. The sound was clear wherever you were in the boat. A quiet, pleasant visit. The only downside was that the boat left earlier than the time shown on the ticket. About 30 minutes earlier. As a result, we couldn't take the children's tour. Fortunately, we were offered the next one without any problem.

We bought a family cruise. We arrived 20 minutes early and when we got on the boat, we were informed that for security reasons there were no more places available. The rain has been here for several days, it's a shame to sell more tickets than places.

This cruise is marketed as being for children, which is not at all the case. Our 6-year-old daughter was bored. What's more, we had taken the "gourmet break" option, and there were no crepes left.

Because of the bad weather, all the participants were inside the boats, which caused a high volume of noise. The few comments were mostly in English even though we are a French family. I would not recommend

Madame monsieur, This activity was originally intended for families, especially children. Bad sound, not easy for children to understand or hear It would have been nicer to get all the children together, so they could pay more attention and concentrate more on themselves! During the cruise, children were running, singing, moving. I totally understand that it wasn't a day-care center, but the little ones need more attention. Personally, I wouldn't recommend this activity to anyone around me. Marie Pazos

A friendly, interesting guide who spoke English and French. Catering area. We started the tour on the bridge and ended up inside due to the weather. We had a great time. (Couple with 2 boys aged 8 and 10)

Good cruise, friendly and efficient welcome. The boat is big enough to accommodate everyone. The guided tour was very interesting and participative. A cruise to be recommended.

I was very disappointed because we arrived quite early and there were too many people in the boat and just arrived in front of us the company decided to refund us or take the next boat with comments not suitable for young people.

Having had to cancel our February cruise for health reasons, the people we spoke to at the Paris motorboats were very understanding and accommodating, and had no problem postponing our cruise on the Seine. The cruise therefore took place on July 19, hosted by a very friendly and competent speaker who seems to love his job. Special mention to the young girls scanning the tickets, who were very smiling and pleasant. All in all, a great family time. Many thanks to you all!

The explanations were not adapted to children ... at the back we could hear nothing, know the strange, disrespectful who spoke louder than the guide. A little disappointed

I was a little disappointed, having chosen this cruise with my 6-year-old grandson, which was supposedly designed for children, but there was nothing specific for them. The guide said at the end that each child deserves a captain's diploma, but we didn't see anything. I could have chosen a less expensive classic cruise. What's more, there was no way to find the departure point at the foot of the Eiffel Tower.
