- The Culinary Orchestra, the XXL version of the cooking class with great chefs
- On the menu, workshops and masterclasses to learn how to cook seasonal fruits and vegetables with subtlety, generosity, simplicity and greed , all under the guidance of pedagogical and creative chefs.
- On stage, each chef, filmed and equipped with a microphone, prepares his recipe live, step by step, for an hour and a half
- In the dining room , 250 participants, placed at workstations, follow it to the letter to obtain a delicious dish that they will taste on the spot
