An olfactory journey to Paris!
free Fragonard perfume museum

The whole history of perfume and perfumery, from Antiquity to the present day

Located a stone’s throw from the Opéra Garnier, this private collection belonging to the Costa family presents hundreds of objects related to perfume. It traces the history of perfumery and perfumery, from Antiquity to the present day.

We discover in a 1st time, the whole process of making the perfume, step by step.

In a 2nd part of the museum, presented as a cabinet of curiosities, you can discover: pharmacy jars, botanical plates, maps, a perfume organ, engravings, stills and storage tanks, measuring instruments, incense burners from all over the world

The Fragonard Museum also offers perfumer workshops and mini perfume-making workshops.
