This winter, the Jardin d’Acclimatation lights up for Japan in Lights, a lantern festival to enjoy with the family.
At nightfall, 2000 sparkling paper lanterns transform the park into a Japanese wonderland : between Mount Fuji and a hectic Tokyo, hordes of samurai emerge with a thousand lights, imposing sumo wrestlers … in a stroll that leads to Shinto and Buddhist temples bathed in light ⛩

The Lantern Festival: Ancient Legends and Pop Culture
The tour mixes ancestral legends and pop culture (manga, kawaii characters), offering both spectacle and discovery. Shibuya’s urban facades, luminous umbrellas, ephemeral cherry blossoms and koi carp in a scenographic mist create surprises and contemplation for the whole family
