- - The voucher received on your mobile phone must be presented on the day of your rental (via your smartphone or printed)
- - Tickets are valid for the day and time chosen at the time of purchase. They can only be modified in consultation with the organizer
- - Tickets are non-cancellable and non-refundable, except in exceptional weather conditions
