The private tour “Paris, mysteries and legends”

  • During this visit, the children will relive the Paris of the alchemists, the cursed kings and the philosopher’s stone. They will have a new look at the historic district of Ile-de-la-Cité.
  • The guide will decipher the symbols hidden on famous Parisian monuments such as the St Michel fountain, the Notre Dame cathedral or the Saint Jacques Tower
  • He will introduce them to the secrets of alchemy by having you draw on the ground, in chalk, the main signs explaining the quest for the philosopher’s stone
  • He will tell them the legend and the story of Nicolas Flamel, the famous alchemist present in Harry Potter. You will discover his Parisian place of residence and the oldest façade dedicated to him
  • Children will follow in the footsteps of the Templars through their trials and rites to a small church and its portal, on which you will discover the baphomet, an idol venerated by the Knights Templar
  • Age : from 8 years old
  • The district : the Ile de la Cité
  • Meeting place : Place Saint-Michel (Saint-Michel metro station)
  • Duration : 1h30 (route of about 2km)
  • Tour provided by professional tour guides (in French or English)
  • Mandatory presence of at least one adult during the visit if it has been booked for a group of young people

Nous avons effectué cette visite à  3, en famille et avons passé un super moment et appris plein de choses grâce à  Paul, notre guide : symbolique des portails de Notre Dame, excursion dans des petites ruelles avec leurs histoires et légendes. Un grand Merci, nous reviendrons.
