Guignol is more than 200 years old (he was created in 1806) and not a wrinkle (lucky you). He remains a great classic of the toddler showsfascinates and surprises them as much as ever. Several kiosks and theaters located in parks and gardens offer all year round puppet shows in Paris. It is usually Wednesdays, Saturdays, Sundays and during school holidays (zone C). Open-air shows or sometimes covered, depending on the place. We specify this information as well as the schedules.

Covered puppet theater / From 3 years old

All shows presented at the Puppet Theatre of Luxembourg garden are derived from traditional childish tales Little Red Riding Hood, Puss in Boots, Pinocchio, but also more original pieces such as Punch and Circus Madness, Patachon's Enchanted Suitcase, The Little Red Balloon, etc. It is a covered room, heated in winter and ventilated in summer. It can accommodate up to 275 spectators.

The Parisian puppet theater ? Champ de Mars? is located 400 meters from the Eiffel Tower. it is a covered room, its Napoleon III style makes it one of the most beautiful puppet theaters in Paris.

Guignol des Champs-Élysées (8th) - DEFINITELY CLOSED

The theater of Guignol is located in the gardens of the Champs-Élysées. It is a small theater puppet in the open air. It is one of the oldest puppets in Paris that can be seen in the American film Charade or in La Grande Vadrouille.

Guignol du parc Monceau (8th) - Outside

The puppet theater of Parc Monceau East an open-air puppet theater, in the beautiful Parc Monceau. Ideal to complete an outing to the park. Attention, in case of rain the shows are cancelled. The show lasts about 40 minutes.

It is a covered theater, heated in winter. The room is equipped with velvet chairs and benches, and booster seats are available for children sitting on the chairs. A stroller room is also available.
