THE "TALES AND STORIES IN NATIONAL MONUMENTS" PRINCIPLE

Wonderful shows, mysterious investigations, readings of fantastic tales, creative or gourmet workshops

  • During the 2-week Christmas vacations, 48 monuments national, offer young people activities around Christmas.
  • The dates and age at which these activities take place vary by location.

  • Please note that reservations are generally required on the sites of the various monuments.

"STORYTELLING IN PARIS

  • Hôtel de la Marine :
    • From December 23, 2023 to January 5, 2024, Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays during the vacations: ages 5 and up - "L'épopée de la pomme de terre", "Les voyages du diamant bleu", "de Louxor à la place de la Concorde : l'aventure de l'Obélisque" - trepidatious tales and stories.
  • Conciergerie and Sainte Chapelle (Paris 1st):
    • Thursday, December 28 at 2 p.m. and Friday, December 29 at 10:30 a.m. and 2 p.m.: ages 7 and up - discover the stained glass windows and the two monuments - guided tours
    • Thursday, January 4 and Friday, January 5, 11 a.m. and 2:30 p.m.: For ages 5 and up - "La poubelle au roi dormant" - a burlesque medieval thriller, guaranteed to make you laugh, by La Cie La Petite Main - show
    • During all vacations: tours adapted to the youngest visitors - from 7 years old: "Life in the Palace", "Cooking in the Middle Ages", "The Secrets of the Ste-Chapelle" - and for 3-6 year olds: "All in the Kitchen".
  • Strolling show at the Pantheon (Paris 5e)
    • Wednesday January 3 to Friday January 5 at 11am and 3pm: from 6 years old - (duration 50min) - "Les Grands Hommes" - a show with songs, a story and a stroll with Alice Noureux and Julien Tauber - followed by a visit for those who want to know more.
  • Triumphal arch (Paris 8e) :
    • Thursday, January 4 and Friday, January 5, 11 a.m. and 2 p.m.: ages 7 and up - "Le Murmure des dieux" - dreamlike tale and sounds from the past with Fred Pougeard - A guided tour
